TRAIN WITH CASTING DIRECTORS

1. Actor's use of material currently being cast without the approval of the owners of the material is strictly prohibited. Actor bears full responsibility for any copyright violation and is solely liable.

 

2. Notes From Casting recommends Actor take written notes during the video response since Actor will be permitted to watch the video response a maximum of 5 times over a period of 1 week. The period of 1 week begins the moment NFC uploads the video to Actor's portal. The video will no longer be available to Actor once the time limit or view limit is reached, whichever comes first.

 

3. Casting Director responses are private and for educational purposes only. Actor may not, under any circumstances whatsoever, share the video response with anyone else.

 

4. Casting Director may request Actor’s contact information from Notes From Casting, but according to the law must wait at least 24 hours before initiating the request. The Notes From Casting portal is the sole means of sharing this information. Actor may not, under any circumstances whatsoever, reach out directly to Casting Director regarding any NFC activity.

 

5. Actor’s video presentation must consist solely of Actor’s slate and presentation of scene. Any additional information about the scene or character must be submitted in written form through the Notes From Casting portal.

 

6. Actor’s video presentation must not exceed 3 minutes.

 

7. If Actor does not submit video within 5 days of purchasing a session, a $15 rescheduling fee will be assessed.

 

8. Actor may not, under any circumstances whatsoever, pitch any products or services, implied or otherwise, either in the video presentation or in the written summary.

 

9. Actor may not, under any circumstances whatsoever, make any solicitation for work, implied or otherwise.

 

10. Actor may request an additional response to a second take of the same scene, as well as clarification of notes if so desired. However, Actor understands that this additional response will exist solely in written form due to Notes From Casting’s policy of one video response per scene submission. Additional fees may apply.

 

11. Actor may not, under any circumstances whatsoever, submit material on a project the Casting Director is currently casting.

 

12. Actor is required to dress and behave appropriately and professionally.

 

13. Actor recognizes that Notes From Casting is for educational purposes only and is in no way an audition for work or promise of future employment.
